Upcoming Adventures: Venice Beach & Santa Monica California

California is a place I know and love. And, meeting there for school twice a year has definitely contributed to this. Now, I have a fair size group of friends throughout the state that I can crash with, making it even better to visit!

This time I am headed down to visit a group of school friends all living together, there are about 7 of them, in a beautiful and amazing house in San Louis Obispo on 6 acres, surrounded by vineyards, and with a reading nook, pool, and hot tub. So, obviously, I am really preparing to suffer haha ;p

While I was there in person when they toured the house, this will be my first visit with it actually moved into and lived in so I have a feeling it will be very different. I am really excited to see how it all is, and to eat the amazing food my best friend makes 😀

I am headed into town a day early, flying into LA on a light I got a great deal on during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday madness and I am going to be staying at a great looking Air BNB that is a few blocks from the beach in Venice, has a bed that reminds me of mine (because it has about 10 pillows) which is always a good thing, and comes with access to a free bike!

Im going to spend the day exploring Venice and Santa Monica, spend the night, and drive up to SLO the next day to celebrate the end of the semester with my friends! Yay 🙂

So, this is a list of things I have put together that I am interested in doing while in California this time around.

Enjoy 😉

To Do:

-Walk down the 3rd street promenade (shop and eat gelato on the balcony at the mall while watching the street performers)
